MISSION STATEMENT

It is the mission of The Academy of Healing Arts to provide quality occupational education to our students for the purpose of obtaining entry-level employment, and to provide career advancement opportunities.

HISTORY

The Academy was founded in 2002 for the purpose of providing students with careers in the Health Care Industry and to fill specific needs of the medical community.

Nevada is facing a shortfall of qualified healthcare workers for its healthcare.

ACCREDITATION

The Academy is licensed by the Nevada Commission for Post Secondary Education and it nationally accredited by the Council on Occupational Education.

The Academy is Department of Education approved for participants in Federal Student Aid Programs with Title IV of the Higher Education Act.

FACILITIES

The Academy is housed in a new, state of the art two-story medical building at 710 South Tonopah Drive, Las Vegas, NV, 89106. The facility is comprised of approximately eleven classrooms that include a medical training laboratory, massage teaching clinic, computer laboratory learning resource center, lecture classrooms for the delivery of the curriculua offered by The Academy, and a Career Center to ensure that all individuals have a job waiting for them on completion of their program.
